Digital Citizenship
A lot of post a lot of things they can get in trouble for on the internet. Not a lot of people are aware of how easy it is to find these posts. I try to post things that I wouldn’t get in trouble for, but that’s a pretty difficult thing to consistently do. Also, like 48% of people have been in the car at least once while the driver texted.
My First Week at White Oak
After my first week of my Sophomore year I learned many things. I learned that too much maroon looks really gross. I also learned that I will have to print my homework. There’s a lot of nice people here so I don’t think it will be a complete drag.
Digital Citizenship
A lot of people use the internet, apparently. Most people are ignorant on the topic of digital citizenship. But, it doesn’t take a whole class period of BIM to know that what happens on the internet STAYS on the internet, forever.
American teens all day, everyday make posts on Facebooks and Twitter that everybody can see. And colleges like to look at your e portfolio and junk, so beware. Make posts on the internet that you would be able to go up and show your parents and not feel awkward.
Also, today in BIM I became more aware of the emphasis that colleges take on your profiles online.
